Maria Teresa Mota

Maria Teresa Mota, nasceu em Angola onde viveu até aos 10 anos, altura em que a família é obrigada a regressar a Portugal. Completa os estudos secundários em Aveiro. No Porto tira uma licenciatura em História, a meio do Curso vai para a Venezuela onde vive 5 anos. Trabalha em áreas muito diversificadas. Actualmente é professora de Yoga e dedica-se a aprofundar uma das suas grandes paixões: o Ser humano, na perspectiva da Cultura Indiana.
