Member of the Board of Directors of APDI - Portuguese Association of Intellectual Property Law. Vice-director of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Member of the Scientific and/or Editorial Board of other national/foreign periodicals. Member of the School Council and the Scientific Council of the School of Law of the University of Minho, member of the Steering Committee of the Master's Degree in Contract and Business Law, and member of the Members Consultative Committee of the European Law Institute.
