Maria Manuela Silva

Nasceu em 1964. É licenciada em Química Tecnológica pela Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa (1989). Obteve o grau de Doutor em Química (1996), pela Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa. É Professora Associada da Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, e as suas atividades de investigação centram-se nas Tecnologias Agroindustriais e Nutrição, com especial incidência nos Aditivos Alimentares e na Fitotecnologia Nutricional.
