Maria José Núncio nasceu em Lisboa em 1969. Doutorou-se em Sociologia, é professora universitária, trabalhou em intervenção social e faz voluntariado. É comentadora da rúbrica "Análise Criminal" do programa Casa Feliz, na SIC. Tem várias obras publicadas, de literatura e autoajuda, entre as quais o romance "Entre mulheres" (Ideia-fixa, 2016). É casada e mãe de dois filhos. Gosta de viajar, nos lugares e nas pessoas. Não resiste a uma gargalhada ou a uma boa conversa e insiste na teimosa mania de ser feliz.
