Maria José Correia de Sousa Ferreira

Maria José Correia de Sousa Ferreira nasceu em 1952, no Porto e aqui viveu durante muito tempo. Vive em Paços de Ferreira, cidade que a acolhe há vários anos. É casada e tem um filho.
Cursou Pintura na Faculdade de Belas Artes, na Universidade do Porto, matriculou-se na mesma Universidade, na Faculdade de Letras, no Curso de Ciências Pedagógicas e fez Estágio Pedagógico em Braga. Atualmente é professora aposentada.
Como pintora, fez quatro exposições e está representada em coleções particulares.
Desde muito cedo brotou a paixão pela Pintura e pelo Conhecimento. Ensinar e viajar são outras das suas muitas paixões.
