Maria José Alves Veiga

Maria José Alves Veiga é membro do Centro de Investigação do Departamento de Línguas e Culturas da Universidade de Aveiro. A sua tese de doutoramento (2006) debruçou-se sobre o tema "O humor na tradução para legendagem: Inglês/Português". Tem várias publicações nas áreas de Metodologia da Língua Estrangeira (Estratégias de Leitura e de Inter-compreensão), Literatura Portuguesa e Anglo-Americana e Tradução Audiovisual. As suas áreas de investigação são: Linguística (especialmente Linguística textual); Tradução; Estudos de Tradução Audiovisual e Estudos Humorísticos.
