Jornalista do Grupo R/com desde 1997. É, desde 2008, responsável pela edição do programa semanal de informação cultural Ensaio Geral, na Renascença. Editou, entre 2006 e 2008, outro programa de caráter cultural chamado Primeira Fila. Como repórter, já acompanhou campanhas presidenciais e autárquicas. Foi uma das repórteres da Renascença durante a Expo '98. É licenciada pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Autora dos livros infanto-juvenis "Chamo-me Beethoven", "Chamo-me Wagner" e "A rádio". Venceu o Prémio Especial Jornalista Ler/Booktailors em 2013 e venceu o Prémio Escritaria em Penafiel, na categoria em rádio em 2012 com a reportagem "O Mundo de Agustina".
