Maria Inês Antunes é pós-graduada em Nutrição em Pediatria, e tem uma formação avançada em Nutrição em Oncologia.
Iniciou a sua experiência profissional na Maternidade Alfredo da Costa e no Instituto Português de Reumatologia. Foi diretora clínica de um health club e nutricionista numa clínica de emagrecimento.
Trabalha atualmente nas duas unidades do Centro Médico da Universidade de Lisboa e exerce nutrição clínica na zona de Lisboa, nas áreas materno-infantil e emagrecimento. É autora do podcast À Prova, onde partilha o seu conhecimento científico sobre nutrição e saúde, e histórias sobre comida, cultura, saúde e gastronomia.
