Maria Eduarda

Maria Eduarda nasceu em L. Marques e viveu a maior parte da sua vida em Moçambique.

Frequentou as universidades de Coimbra e de Lisboa, tendo-se licenciado em Ciências Físico Químicas e em Ciências Pedagógicas. Foi professora nos liceus da Beira e L. Marques, assim como no Instituto Comercial desta cidade.

Em 1978 emigrou para o Canadá, fazendo actualmente parte do corpo docente da McGill University em Montreal, província do Québec. Dessa mesma universidade, recebeu, em 1993, The Distinguished Teaching Award.
