Maria Antónia de Carvalho Mendes Ribeiro. Natural da Cidade do Porto.
Licenciada em Biologia pela Universidade de Coimbra.
Membro da Associação Portuguesa de Escritores (APE) desde 2001.
Sócia Fundadora da AICEM (Associação do Idioma e Culturas em Português).
Publicou as obras poéticas: Sentir (2002), Inquietudes (2007), Emoções (2011).
Faz parte de 16 Antologias.
Tem colaborado em Jornais e Revistas e participado regularmente em Saraus Poéticos.
Dedica-se também à Fotografia e Pintura, tendo realizado exposições individuais e coletivas, em diversos espaços: no Porto, Braga e Póvoa de Varzim.
