Marcos Rechtman é Mestrado em Administração de Empresas pela COPPEAD/ UFRJ. Graduado em Administração pela EBAPE/ FGV. Professor e Consultor nas áreas de Capital de Risco, Avaliação de Negócios, Governança Corporativa, Reestruturação de Empresas e Administração de Conflitos. Actuou como Membro de Conselho de Administração de 22 companhias. Foi Presidente do AIG Capital Investments do Brasil, Director Executivo da Cia. Bozano Simonsen, Presidente da Nova América na execução do plano de reestruturação e Gerente de Operações do BNDESPAR.
