Marco Ramos

Marco Ramos holds a degree in psychology from the University of Coimbra, a master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Minho, and a doctorate in psychology from the University of Aveiro. In addition to his clinical practice as a psychotherapist, he has dedicated a large part of his professional career to stress management, especially in the field of occupational health. He has written books, chapters, and articles, given lectures, and conducted training on stress and stress prevention. He has also taught as a visiting professor at several Portuguese higher education institutions, most notably the University of Aveiro and INDEG-IUL (ISCTE Executive Education).
