Nasceu em Barcelona, em 1977. Estudou criminologia e política criminal, e trabalha atualmente como investigador criminal na sua cidade natal.
Autor de vários romances, o livro A Mulher Má valeu-lhe, em 2008, o prémio Crims de Tinta, atribuído ao melhor policial «negro» escrito em língua catalã.
Baseado na história verídica de Enriqueta Martí, uma mulher misteriosa que aterrorizou a cidade de Barcelona no início do século XX, este livro intrigante proporcionou a Marc Pastor projeção internacional ao ser traduzido e publicado em variadíssimas línguas por todo o mundo.
