Manuel Portugal Lage

Manuel Portugal Lage é licenciado em direito e advogado. Tem exercido a sua atividade profissional em três domínios: advocacia, gestão do ensino superior e gestão autárquica.
Exerce funções como deputado na Assembleia Municipal de Lisboa desde 2013, onde presidiu ao Grupo Municipal do Partido Socialista durante 7 anos, até outubro de 2024.
Presidiu à Assembleia de Freguesia da Penha de França no mandato 2009 a 2013 e atualmente é também presidente da Assembleia de Freguesia de Marvila, desde 2017.
É autor do livro "100 Crónicas de um Mundo em Transformação".
Viveu em várias cidades de vários países do mundo, acompanhando a família na sua infância e juventude. Mas Lisboa fez também sempre parte da sua vida e desde que tem memória que se interessa pela gestão autárquica da cidade.
