Manuel Neves Fonseca

Manuel Neves Fonseca nasceu a 5 de março de 1941 no Concelho de Belmonte, freguesia de Caria, num pequeno povoado do Monte do Bispo. De 1960 a 1963 passou por Coimbra onde sentiu a revolta estudantil. A incorporação no serviço militar obrigatório ocorreu em agosto de 1963, foi rebocado para a guerra colonial em 31 de julho de 1965 a abril de 1967.
Licenciado em direito pela universidade de Lisboa, desenvolveu a sua atividade profissional na área da consultadoria jurídica e advocacia empresarial.
