Manuel João Batista Rosa

Manuel Rosa nasceu em Santana, em 1952. Bacharel em Contabilidade pelo Instituto Comercial de Lisboa (ICL). É licenciado em Gestão, pela UMA. Entrou para o exército em 1973, no Curso de Oficiais Milicianos, em Mafra. Participou no 25 de abril na EPAM, quartel que ocupou a RTP. Acompanhou a "descolonização" do protetorado de Cabinda. Foi professor durante 43 anos na Escola Secundária Francisco Franco onde se aposentou, em 2018. É contabilista inscrito na respetiva Ordem.
