Mafalda Rodiles nasceu em 1983, em Lisboa, vive no Rio de Janeiro desde 2010 e é mãe da pequena Mel.

Formou-se em Gestão de Empresas, mas a sua paixão desde muito nova sempre foi a representação. Começou a trabalhar como atriz em 2004, nos Morangos com Açúcar, onde deu vida à Carlota e seguiram-se outras quatro novelas, na TVI.

Hoje em dia, concilia os trabalhos de atriz no Brasil com o seu projeto online Seja Feliz sem Dietas que nasceu em 2015.
Apaixonada por alimentação consciente e intuitiva e por maternidade, Mafalda oferece cursos online e acompanha mulheres que querem libertar-se das dietas e aprender a ser cada dia mais felizes.
