Há muito que Lynn Grabhorn estuda de que maneira os pensamentos e os sentimentos condicionam as nossas vidas. Criada em New Jersey, iniciou a sua vida profissional na publicidade, em Nova Iorque, tendo mais tarde dirigido uma companhia de audiovisuais na área da educação, em Los Angeles. O seu primeiro livro, Beyond the Twelve Steps, bem como o seu programa multimédia, Life Course 101, mereceram aplausos em todo o mundo. Vive no Noroeste, onde continua a escrever, a fazer seminários e, segundo diz, a ceifar os seus dois hectares.
