Licenciado em Organização e Gestão de Empresas pelo ISCTE. Desenvolve a sua área profissional entre a empresa Proóptica, onde é Partner-Director-Geral, e o ISCTE, onde é assistente convidado. No ISCTE é também Director dos Mestrados Executivos de Direcção Comercial e Key Account Management. É docente de Direcção Comercial, Marketing e Animação de Equipas e Director do GIEM-ISCTE, onde coordena os programas avançados de Gestão de Vendas, Marketing para Executivos e Comunicação em Marketing.
