Luís Humberto Marcos é director do Museu Nacional de Imprensa. Jornalista e professor universitário (ISMAI). Secretário-Geral da AssIBERCOM - Associação Ibero- Americana de Comunicação. Licenciado em Psicologia, mestre em Ciências da Comunicação e Doutor em Ciências da Informação pela Universidade Complutense de Madrid. Co-fundador do CFJ, da Escola Superior de Jornalismo e da AMI-Associação Museu da Imprensa, no Porto, da AssIBERCOM e do European Multimédia Forum (Bruxelas).
