Luis Antonio Tagle, nascido em Manila em 1957, é um cardeal filipino, atualmente Prefeito da Congregação para a Evangelização dos Povos, Magno Chanceler da Pontifícia Universidade Urbaniana e Presidente da Caritas Internationalis. Foi ordenado padre em 1982. Estudou teologia na Universidade Católica da América (Washington DC) onde fez o seu doutoramento em teologia. Foi ordenado bispo de Imus em 2001; dez anos depois, arcebispo de Manila. Foi criado cardeal em 2012.
