Luís António de Moraes Sarmento

Luís de Moraes Sarmento é natural da cidade de Aveiro. Nascido em 1958, soube cultivar em família o gosto pela cultura, nomeadamente a música, a literatura e a História. Viria, porém, a estudar Economia, mas sem nunca esquecer as influências de Camões e de Eça de Queiroz. O Dote de Zavia, seu último romance, sucede às suas publicações de A Vida numa crónica e a Crónica de uma vida, de 2018, Há Alanos por aqui?, de 2019 e O Arrependimento de Sigurd, de 2020.
