Luciene Balbino é jornalista, poeta, palestrante e ghostwriter. Autora de livros infantis e juvenis, como também dramaturga com várias peças montadas no Brasil e em Portugal. Escreve contos e crónicas os quais foram selecionados em concursos e publicadas em diversas coletâneas.
O romance Razão, Amor, Felicidade conquistou o 1º lugar no VIII Prêmio Travassos de Literatura no Brasil. Este prémio é concedido a obras destacadas no seu concurso literário, reconhecendo a excelência de textos autorais.
