Lourenço de Azevedo, iniciou o estudo da medicina tradicional chinesa em 1998 na Escola Superior de Medicina Tradicional Chinesa (ESMTC), onde, de 2002 a 2012 foi professor em áreas relacionadas com saúde e longevidade. Ensina desde 1999, no Instituto Macrobiótico de Portugal, temas relacionados com macrobiótica, medicina tradicional chinesa e chi kung, no qual fundou em 2014 o curso de crescimento pessoal Regenerar e em 2016 o curso de instrutores de chi kung, que se destina a formar profissionais na área desta prática terapêutica. Publica desde 2008 no blogue regenerar.pt.
