Louise Fili

Louise Fili was the art director at Pantheon Books before establishing her own studio, Louise Fili Ltd, in 1989.
She is a member of the Art Directors Club Hall of Fame; a recipient of lifetime achievement medals from both the AIGA and the Type Directors Club; and the author of Grafica della Strada, Graphique de la Rue, Elegantissima, The Cognoscenti’s Guide to Florence, and numerous other books on design and typography.
