Louise Fein nasceu e foi criada em Londres. Desde jovem que nutre um amor secreto pela escrita, preferindo viver na sua imaginação ao invés de no mundo real. Formada em Direito pela Universidade de Southampton, trabalhou em Hong Kong e na Austrália e viajou pelo mundo antes de se estabelecer em Londres para trabalhar como advogada e, mais tarde, no setor bancário. Acabou por ceder ao desejo de escrever, tirando um mestrado em escrita criativa e embarcando no mundo da ficção.
Vive com a família em Surrey, no sudeste de Inglaterra, e está atualmente a escrever o seu segundo romance.
