Liza Mundy

Liza Mundy cresceu em Virgínia e formou-se na Universidade de Princeton, tal como a sua biografada. Na Universidade de Virgína, deu aulas de literatura e escrita. Actualmente, é jornalista do Washington Post, para onde escreve há mais de dez anos sobre política, cultura popular, família e questões de género. Foi premiada por ensaios, perfis, artigos sobre ciência, pelo Sunday Magazine Editors Association, Maryland-Delaware-D.C. Press Association, American Association of Sunday and Feature Editors, Missouri Lifestyle Journalism Awards, e Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. Em 2003, foi uma das fundadoras da Kaiser Foundation Media Fellow, e em 2005 do Media Fellow at the Marine Biological Laboratory.
Colabora regularmente com a revista online Slate e participa no seu blogue de mulheres, XX Factor. Escreveu também para as publicações Língua Franca, Redboock, Mother Jones, Washington City Paper e Washington Monthly.
