Liliana Mesquita Machado

Liliana Mesquita Machado nasceu a 13 de abril de 1980, em Paredes. Vive na Vila de Senhora Aparecida, em Lousada. Foi lá que se apaixonou pelos livros e pelas letras quando, ao largo da feira, chegava a "velha" biblioteca itinerante da Gulbenkian. Para contar histórias, foi estudar jornalismo e ingressou na Licenciatura e Mestrado de Ciências da Comunicação, Jornalismo, pela Universidade Fernando Pessoa. Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen é a sua grande inspiração. "A Avó Astronauta" é o seu primeiro sonho a ganhar forma.
