Lilian Thuram

Lilian Thuram nasceu na ilha de Guadalupe, em 1972. Em 2008, criou a Fondation Lilian Thuram – Éducation contre le racisme. É autor de vários livros, nomeadamente As Minhas Estrelas Negras (Tinta-da-china, 2013), vencedor do Prémio Seligmann contra o Racismo. Em 2014, recebeu o prémio de ética da Fondation Kéba-Mbaye (Senegal) e detém o título de doutor honoris causa pelas universidades de Estocolmo (Suécia) e de Stirling (Escócia). Jogador de futebol com amplo reconhecimento internacional, foi campeão do mundo em 1998, campeão da Europa em 2000 e vice-campeão do mundo em 2006 em representação da seleção nacional francesa, tendo ainda conquistado vários títulos ao serviço de diferentes clubes.
