Nasceu no Porto a 10 de julho de 1993.
Livros e mar são os mundos que têm de estar perto dela. Formou-se em Engenharia Química pela Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto e como Professora de Desenvolvimento Pessoal pelo DeROSE Method. É ávida por conhecimento e aventura. Tem três livros de poesia publicados: Submissão (2021), Bilhete (2021) e A Ilha do Nu (2022) e o livro infantil A Incrível Máquina do Tempo (2023).
