Sou uma viajante, bebendo pelo Mundo. Em cada ofício que exerci, me fortaleci. Fui Educadora de Infância e Alfabetização e mais aventuras... Iniciei no esporte, que até hoje em parte exercito, mas mais plena em profundidade. Sou professora de Yoga para adultos e crianças; Yoga Dance e Sup Yoga. Em terapias holísticas: - Terapeuta Ayurveda.- Florais de Bach. - Facilitadora das Meditações OSHO; - Guardiã de Ventre Sagrado Feminino e Círculos Femininos; - Massoterapeuta; - Viajo por várias cidades de Portugal e em breve pelo mundo, em "VIAGENS DE SOM". São trabalhos em grupo de "Cura" onde Gongos Planetários, Taças Tibetanas, Tambores, Instrumentos vários, Vocalizações... fazem a "CURA PELO SOM". Rego as sementes adormecidas, que desabrocham em suas luzes brilhantes e cintilantes ao encontro de seus "EUS".
