I am a traveler, drinking from the world. In each profession I have practiced, I have grown stronger. I was an Early Childhood Educator and Literacy Teacher, and many more adventures... I started in sports, which I still practice in part, but more fully in depth. I am a Yoga teacher for adults and children; Yoga Dance and SUP Yoga. In holistic therapies: - Ayurveda Therapist - Bach Flower Remedies - Facilitator of OSHO Meditations; - Guardian of Sacred Feminine Womb and Women's Circles; - Massage Therapist; - I travel to various cities in Portugal and soon around the world, in "SOUND JOURNEYS". These are group "Healing" workshops where Planetary Gongs, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, various Instruments, Vocalizations... perform "HEALING THROUGH SOUND". I water the dormant seeds, which blossom in their bright and sparkling lights to meet their "SELVES".
