Libório Manuel Silva é o editor do Centro Atlântico (1995 ), empreendedor e especializado em fotografia de cultura e património. É autor ou coautor, e responsável pela totalidade da fotografia, em mais de 30 livros de Turismo, Arte e Património, designadamente de todos os volumes da Coleção Portugal, dos best sellers DOURO – Maravilhas do Património / Heritage Wonders (2 vol.s), Castelos – Maravilhas de Portugal / Castles – Wonders of Portugal (2 vol.s), Bibliotecas – Maravilhas de Portugal / Libraries – Wonders of Portugal (2 vol.s), Azulejos – Maravilhas de Portugal / Wonders of Portugal, Lisboa Vista de Cima / From Above, Porto Visto de Cima / From Above, Braga – Cidade Bimilenar / a Bimillennial City, Azulejos à Mesa / in Restaurants e Ode Marítima. É editor dos livros sobre fotografia mais vendidos em Portugal. Tem dez anos de experiência como docente no ensino superior, com pós-graduações nacionais e internacionais. Os seus dois filhos são a sua principal fonte de inspiração.
