Professor Doutor Levi Guerra, natural de Águeda, médico, Professor Jubilado da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto, especialista em Medicina Interna e Nefrologia pela Ordem dos Médicos; fundador e ex-Diretor dos Serviços de Nefrologia do Hospital de Santo António e do Hospital de S. João; ex-Diretor do Hospital de S. João; "fellor" do American College of Psysicians, membro honorário da Academia Brasileira de Medicina, da Sociedade Portuguesa de Medicina Interna e da Sociedade Portuguesa de Nefrologia; Presidente da Direção do Instituto Cultural D. António Ferreira Gomes, no Porto; Diretor Clínico da "DV, Diálises do Vouga, Lda", na Borralha, Águeda.
