Leonel Vieira

Leonel Vieira nasceu em Braga, em 1966. É licenciado em Ensino Básico (1.º CEB), mestre em Estudos da Criança (Ensino e Aprendizagem da Matemática) e doutorado em Estudos da Criança (Matemática Elementar). Todo o seu percurso no ensino superior foi realizado na Universidade do Minho.

É professor no Agrupamento de Escolas Santos Simões, em Guimarães, cidade onde reside. É autor e coautor de diversos artigos e material pedagógico para alunos e professores do 1.º CEB. Em 2012, publicou o seu primeiro livro infanto-juvenil "Quando as Estrelas se Transformam em Números".
