Leila ferreira é formada em Letras e Jornalismo, com mestrado em Comunicação pela Universidade de Londres. Foi repórter da Rede Globo Minas, colaboradora de vários jornais e revistas e, durante dez anos, apresentou o programa Leila Entrevista por onde passaram mais de 1.600 entrevistados. É autora de cinco livros, entre eles os best-sellers A Arte de Ser Leve e Que Ninguém nos Ouça (com Cris Guerra).
