Laura Pérez Vernetti

Laura P. Vernetti is a Spanish designer and illustrator, born in 1958. She holds a degree in Painting and contributed to the magazine for 10 years. El Vibora. Having collaborated with various scriptwriters, her work mainly deals with the themes of adapted literature, experimental and erotic comics, and social and political themes, having adapted the works of authors such as Maupassant, De Quincey, C.C. Yung, Kafka… The album 11 M, Once Miradas (2005), an album about the Madrid bombing, in which Laura published the story Centelleante Universo, with a script by Cava, received the Yellow Kid 2005 award in Rome, which was given to this work due to its value in investigating new avenues in graphic narrative.
