Laudo Ferreira nasceu no litoral brasileiro, vivendo há muitos anos na cidade de São Paulo. Trabalha como ilustrador para publicidade e mercado editorial, sendo ainda professor na Escola Panamericana de Artes. Produz e publica Banda Desenhada desde o início dos anos 80, altura em que teve uma grande participação em fanzines. Venceu os principais prémios ligados à BD brasileira, como o HQ Mix ou o Ângelo Agostini. O seu trabalho mais conhecido, e de grande fôlego, é "Yeshuah absoluto".
