Kerstin Gier (1966) is a German author of romance fiction, and many of her works have remained on her country's bestseller lists for months - one of them having been adapted into a film. Winner of the DELIA award, this is her first and brilliant foray into young adult literature, which has earned her recognition beyond borders.
