PRÉMIO NOBEL DA LITERATURA 2017

Kazuo Ishiguro nasceu em Nagasáqui, no Japão, em 1954, e vive na Grã-Bretanha desde os cinco anos. Recebeu o Prémio Nobel da Literatura em 2017 e a sua obra está traduzida em mais de quarenta línguas. Entre as outras distinções que reconhecem o seu mérito literário contam-se o grau de Oficial da Ordem do Império Britânico e a condecoração francesa como Cavaleiro da Ordem das Artes e Letras. A sua obra é editada em Portugal pela Gradiva.
