Katharina Hagena

Katharina Hagena nasceu em 1967 em Karlsruhe.
Estudou Literatura Inglesa e Germânica em Marburgo, Londres e Friburgo, foi investigadora na Fundação James Joyce e lecionou no Trinity College em Dublin e na Universidade de Hamburgo, onde atualmente vive e trabalha como escritora freelancer.
Publicou diversos livros infantis e um ensaio sobre a obra de James Joyce. O Sabor dos Caroços de Maçã é o seu primeiro romance.
