Júlio Fernandes Rendeiro nasceu no Porto a 1 de setembro de 2008.
Frequenta o 8.º Ano do Ensino Básico e ocupa os seus tempos livres com a escrita.
O livro O Sonhador e a Perdida teve início depois de um sonho... foram etapas em que o Júlio se revelou um sonhador. Na escrita transmite os seus sonhos, as suas vivências e o seu sentir.
Para o Júlio o ato de sonhar é a partilha de si próprio com o seu eu interior.
O Sonhador e a Perdida é o seu primeiro livro.
