Julia Gregson trabalhou em diversas revistas femininas no Reino Unido e Estados Unidos, tendo também sido correspondente na Índia e no Vietname. Para além de Noites de Jasmim, na ASA está já publicado o seu romance A Leste do Sol, que vendeu mais de 500 mil exemplares em todo o mundo e venceu, em 2009, o Prémio para o Melhor Livro Romântico do Ano, atribuído pela Romantic Novelists’ Association. Os direitos de adaptação desta obra foram também adquiridos para o cinema e a televisão.
