Joseph Jebelli

Joseph Jebelli is a British neuroscientist.
His first book, In Search of Memory: The Fight Against Alzheimer's DiseaseIt was born from a desire to understand his grandfather's experience with the disease.
The author began studying Alzheimer's disease—more specifically, the immune system's use of its progression—as part of his doctoral studies in Neurobiology at University College London, later continuing his research at the University of Washington, USA.
In Search of Memory was nominated for the Royal Society Book Prize, granted by the independent scientific academy of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth which is dedicated to promoting excellence in science.
It was also considered Science Book of the Month for the Bookseller.
