José Theodoro Mascarenhas Menck

José Theodoro Mascarenhas Menck é formado em Direito pela Universidade de Brasília (1985), tem uma pós-graduação em Direito Romano pela Universidade de Roma (1987), um mestrado em História pela Universidade de Brasília (1995) e um doutoramento em História pela Universidade de Brasília (2001). É autor de vários livros sobre a história do Brasil, consultor legislativo da Câmara dos Deputados desde 1993 e foi empossado membro da Academia de Letras de Brasília em 2024.
