José Sousa Dias

Nascido em Lisboa, no ano de 1964, entrou para os quadros da Lusa – Agência de Notícias de Portugal em julho de 1990 para a área Internacional. Em novembro do mesmo ano, passou para o departamento África (atual Lusofonia), onde se manteve até 2019. Foi delegado da agência Lusa na Guiné-Bissau (1994/97 e 2003/08), Cabo Verde (2009/15) e Angola (2018/19).
Foi orador em vários seminários sobre temática africana e política internacional.
Participou também na coletânea "Diálogos com Refugiados em Portugal", 2003, editado pelo Conselho Português para os Refugiados (CPR).
Foi formador no Centro de Formação de Jornalistas (CENJOR) de Portugal.
