José Severino

José Ludovino Severino de Vasconcelos, que alguns conhecem por Dinho e outros por Pacaça, nasceu em 1941, na então Nova Lisboa. Além de empresário, é atualmente Presidente da Associação Industrial de Angola (AIA) e Conselheiro Económico do Presidente da República, General João Lourenço.
