José Ramos Alexandre

Natural de S. Miguel de Acha, licenciado em Direito, frequentou estudos musicais em 1961 e 1967 nos seminários de Évora, onde estudou também canto gregoriano. Ingressou em finais de 1969 no Coral Stella Vitae de Lisboa, foi cofundador do Coral ACRA em 1978, que manteve atividade até meados dos anos 80. Em 1983 integrou o "Collegium Musicum de Lisboa", grupo coral de câmara, sob a direção de António Leitão. Organizou em 2016, no Dia Mundial da Música, um concerto sob o tema "Música Popular Tradicional de S. Miguel de Acha", no Centro Cultural Raiano, em Idanha-a-Nova, com o Coral Stella Vitae de Lisboa, orquestra, piano, solistas, com a direção artística de Joaquim Gonçalves.
