José Mouta Liz

José Mouta Liz nasceu em Lisboa no ano de 1939.
Desenvolveu na luta do Sindicato dos Bancários forte contestação ao regime de antes do 25 de Abril de 1974, tendo mais tarde pertencido aos órgãos desse Sindicato.
Militante do MES, foi posteriormente um dos fundadores e dirigente do MSU (Movimento Socialista Unificado).
Participou com Otelo na criação da OUT (Organização Unitária de Trabalhadores) e integrou a sua Comissão Política.
Acompanhou Otelo no relançamento da FUP (Força de Unidade Popular), já numa perspetiva constitutiva do Projeto Global.
