José Morgado Proença

José Morgado Proença, nasceu na Covilhã em 1 janeiro de 1959. Licenciado em Medicina pela Faculdade da Universidade de Coimbra em 8 junho de 1985. Médico, exerce a atividade na cidade onde nasceu. Assistente convidado da Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade da Beira Interior. Tem vários hobbies entre os quais: literatura, arquitetura. "O Rei da Floresta e o Rato Girão" é o seu primeiro trabalho literário.
